Why
Campus notices were posted across the school website, departmental boards and each organisation's KakaoTalk channel, so students missed things that mattered. Ziggle collects them in one place, lets organisations post directly, and tells students when something new lands.
My part
I was on GSA InfoTeam from June 2023 to March 2024. I took part in the initial planning, built the backend API, and contributed to the app's UI design.
What I built
- Initial planning. Shaping the first version with the team: who posts what, and how students find it.
- Backend API. A NestJS and PostgreSQL API for creating notices, browsing by type, and search.
- App UI design. Contributed to the screen designs of the Flutter app.
Outcome
Ziggle became the standard way to publish notices at GIST and is still run by InfoTeam.
